About the Book

Ziana’s Brook has been torn apart by war, indifference and violence. Amethyst is a solider and she is fighting in The Ground War. A horrid battle over land. The war is turning best friends and family into sworn enemies. Territories are choosing their side of either Bluebird or Crow. Amethyst has chosen her side and is fighting for Bluebirds but is that really the right side for her? After being badly injured and saved by a Crow Amethyst learns more about who she really is. She finds out that she has a twin but that twin of hers wants nothing to do with her. Her twin Zircon is disgusted by Amethyst’s very existence. Zircon abuses Amethyst constantly day in and day out. The real reason why the war began becomes clear to Amethyts when she is forced into a new world she isn´t ready for. The kind of people she once didn´t trust become family. One becomes her lover.
