About the Book

Press On, Ms. Margaret by Atinuke Bunae (Sheila Harris): This book depicts the struggles and celebrations of a southern family that span over six generations. Ms. Margaret presses through trials and soulish ties that have plagued her family for decades. But by the grace and faith she holds in God, Ms. Margaret embraces her "anointed destiny." Look up! There is a brighter day. The story is told from Joy´s (Ms. Margaret´s fourth child) perspective where she meticulously recounts a series of events that have been passed on to her from Ms. Margaret and other family members. Some she has witnessed firsthand. This is one of those books that you just can´t put down.
