About the Book

This is a collection of poems and photographs featuring special locations in California, with a focus on Marin County. Ross, Mt. Tamalpais, Sausalito, and San Francisco are just a few of the places visited in this book.

About the Author

About the Author Elizabeth Garcia began writing children’s stories for her high school child development class and preschool program. She is an avid reader who enjoys writing in her spare time. She hopes to continue her education after high school and work with young children someday. This is Elizabeth’s first children’s book. She is currently writing her second silly animal story. About the Illustrator Drew Mack began drawing trucks at age six. Later, he became fascinated with superheroes and airplanes. In the evenings, Drew would cover the kitchen table with paper and fill it with drawings. His current passion is drawing whimsical cats. This is the first time Drew has published his work.
