Dark and Light

About the Book

This is a collection of poems full of emotions. Each one written straight from the heart. The first half of the book contains poems full of pain and misery, representing the Dark one may find themselves in. The second half, Light, contains poems full of happiness and love. This entire collection represents how one can find happiness in life even though at times it seems life can not get any grimmer, or see a light at the end of a dark tunnel.

About the Author

I am a mother of three wonderful children, and married to a loving, supporting man. Started writing when I was a teenager as a way to escape. I did not have the strength to verbally express what I was going through, nor anyone who would understand. So, paper and pen became my true friend and my way to deal. After meeting my husband I was finally able to be my true self, and have the life I’ve always wanted. So, now my writing reflects my family and the happiness they bring me.
