John Williams, a father of 5 born and raised on the North side of Chicago, took an interest in cooking at the young age of 11 when he found his way to the kitchen with his mother and grandmother and is still cooking today. John still lives on the North side of Chicago and many of his recipes have been shared with and tried on family and close friends.
