This book takes a look at the challenges we all go through in life that either help us to or hinder us from reaching our goals. It explores key elements that will lead you on the right road to success. It was written to help and inspire you to become a better you. You can turn your dreams into reality. It does not matter whether you are young or old. It has nothing to do with being lucky or rich. It does not matter what type of dreams you have as long as they are realistic. Maybe you have dreamed of starting a business, shedding some pounds, traveling the world, getting a college degree, obtaining a new skill, becoming better at one you already have, or just becoming a better you. Whatever your dreams are, they can be realized. There are certain qualities, attributes, characteristics, and plans that are key, and you must possess them in order to be successful.

About the Author

J. B. Love is a native of Mississippi who has lived on the West Coast and worked on work teams across the United States. She is a wife, mother, friend, businesswoman, volunteer, poet, and song lyricist. She is a Phi Kappa Phi graduate and holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management, and degrees in Computer Network Technology and Office Systems Technology. She has over twenty-eight years of combined experience in the private, government, and nonprofit sectors in the area of marketing, management, communication, human resources, finance, training, and information technology. She is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts of the United States of America. She sings in her church’s choir, works with the youth choir, and is a member of her family’s gospel group, The Burch Family. The Burch Family is in the process of recording their first gospel CD. She has overcome some horrific obstacles and challenges in her life; however, her faith and belief in herself saw her through them. She is also the mother of a special-needs child, who at birth received a drug that causes hearing loss to save his life. Since the birth of her son, failing in life and staying down has never been an option. She believes that it doesn’t matter what cards you are dealt in life; what matters is how you play them. She is an advocate and poet of life and inspires others to learn from their life’s experiences.
