About the Author

Michael Castelli is a 29 year veteran of the retail business. Beginning his retail career at the age of 18 Michael literally worked his way up the corporate ladder from part-time sale associate, as he worked his way through college, to President of Sales & Operations. His dynamic, passionate and motivational approach to business has enabled him to deliver consistent profitable sales results for nearly three decades and multiple economic downturns. Michael attributes his success to not just simply surrounding himself with top talent…but to surrounding himself with the RIGHT talent!
