About the Author

Donté Derrell Wylie aka Cazembe Aruwali is a talented, up and coming author of many spectacular literary masterpieces. What he lacks in notoriety he makes up for in prolific literary desire. Donté was born in Baltimore, MD on October 1, 1972 to his mother, Pauline Wylie, who is recently deceased in 2007. He is a graduate on Baltimore City College HS, a graduate of Coppin State University both as an undergrad and graduate student, and a graduate of Stratford Career Institute. He is currently working as a Substitute Teacher and Education Tutor. He has completed other literary masterpieces, which he hopes to have published someday. They are Mahogany Muse: The legend of Brown, Sound, and Soul (2009), The Buffet (2009), and The Curse of The African Violet (2010).
