About the Book

Daily Devotional is a worship aid designed to help the reader focus on scripture and its application each day. The book originated with weekly inspirational e-mail messages sent to a small group of readers who forwarded the messages to others. Over a period of more than 7 years the messages made their way into a variety of places including the Pentagon, prisons, military encampments in Iraq, used car lots and beauty salons, to name a few. Those messages have been compiled into the Daily Devotional.

About the Author

For more than three decades Glen A. Huff has led adult Bible studies and lectured on Bible topics. As a practicing trail attorney, he brings an organized analytical approach to understanding scripture while seeking application of God's Word in everyday living. This book, Daily Devotional, grew from a weekly e-mail column which was published for more than seven years. Readers of the weekly message often forwarded the text to others. The messages thereby traveled through cyberspace to readers around the world. Daily Devotional is designed to provide a structured approach to the daily discipline of seeking God at work in scripture and in the world. The faith walk of a Christian requires daily study and reflection. This book assigns a daily reading, followed by a brief meditation. Glen A. Huff lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia with his wife Linda. Their son, Jeremy Huff, practices law in Beijing, China and their daughter, Laura Mack, lives in Virginia Beach where she teaches kindergarten class at Stratford Preschool.
