About the Book
I wanted to write a book for a long time. When I made the decision to title this memoir I Won’t Make That Mistake Again, I knew there would be people who might wonder which mistake I was referring to! Some would think I was referring to my divorces. But that wasn’t the “mistake” I was referring to. I always felt that my biggest mistake was getting mad at God and walking away from him after my divorce from Dennis. It was during that time that I wandered alone for ten years. My girls and I suffered so much more than we had to. My children and grandchildren continue to suffer because of that poor choice. Later in my life, I didn’t blame God, and I didn’t get mad at him when other very sad things happened in my life. I’d learned that Jesus was my personal savior and my only hope in this life and for eternal life.
