About the Book

The journal “Days of My Life” is a workbook to help those who want to put their daily lives into a self perspective, and gain a better understanding of themselves threw self analysis of their own daily events and emotional experiences. In the end it will inspirer you and others to see past the hard time in their lives. “Days of My Life” is arranged to help motivate you threw imagery and written entries you make of your daily life’s struggles. It allows you to take a deeper look and express yourself. This workbook will guide you through to do the work, this journal in the end it will have incredible impact in your life and you will discover that leaves you feeling new way to view those challenges in life.

About the Author

Fabienne Gassmann was born in Bern, Switzerland, and immigrated to Canada in 1984. She began her journey in Toronto Canada, and today she resides in beautiful British Columbia. She is married to a wonderful husband and is a mother of two beautiful daughters and one wonderful son. She spends most of her days with her family and working in health care, in Assisting Living residence for seniors. All through her life, the journey to where she is today has not always been great, but it has given her a new perspective on living, which incorporates helping others. Fabienne leads with her heart which is fi lled with compassion and inspiration for her work and for others.
