This book is about a young women (a single mother) who fell in love with a young man, who fell in love with a drug. His drug of choice was crack and he would do anything to get it. After the birth of her fouth child, his first things really got bad. The young woman lost almost everything including herself esteem, but the story did not end there. Through her answering the call of God she was able to regain what she lost and more. So this corroborates there is life in every dead situation.
About the Author
Mother of five and grandmother of eight, Betty plays a very active role in the lives of her children and grandchildren. She is an ordained minister, and preaches under the leadership of Bishop C.L. Parks at Temple of Compassion and Deliverance, Outstretched Hands International Ministries of Christ, O.S.H.I.M.O.C. for short. Betty is an assistant manager with Wal-Mart Super Center, where she has served them well for over 14 years. She has been writing all her life, and has published a couple of her poems. Betty knows and understand what it is like to struggle, and prays through her experience someone else will be blessed and delivered. It is amazing what God can do he will turn back the hands of time when we put it all in his hand. Now 46 years old her face does not show the pain and hardship she has endured in the past. Although her heart is still healing it cannot be traced in her smile. There was a time when the smile was only on the outside, but now the smile is as real on the inside as on the out, and getting stronger everyday.
