About the Author

Dr. Patricia Mercy Sithole (nee’ Mataure) of Zimbabwe- a dedicated teacher, artist, linguist, scholar, wife and mother- was pioneer faculty at Africa University, a United Methodist-related institution at Old Mutare, Zimbabwe. While on sabbatical in the USA, she taught at the Michigan State University, the University of Maine and the Summer Cooperative African Language Institute (SCALI) at the Ohio University.
