About the Author

Author Biography Sarah Simonetti is a recent graduate of Philadelphia University where she studied Health Science and ran Division II Cross Country. She led her team to four consecutive Conference Championships and ran in the NCAA National Championship twice during her collegiate career. She is also a competitive cyclist and triathlete. Sarah began writing during college. This book is her journey, honest and poignant. There is something here for everyone. For the person with an eating disorder...this book offers hope.
