About the Book

For the past thirteen years, I have considered becoming a spokesperson for HIV/AIDS. I was treading in unknown waters, having been recently diagnosed HIV positive, so I figured some experience might be required before I spoke up. I have been positive for thirteen years and I am now in my junior year of college with Ashford University pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Social and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology. With that said, I believe that I have the experience to stand up and speak out. My first step is to introduce myself with this simple autobiography. I hope you enjoy reading of my imperfections.

About the Author

I was born as Howard D. Meadows July 29, 1969, only nine days after the first man walked on the moon. My family is rather large and somewhat dysfunctional but the personality sets us apart from the norm. Each of us are very different but you can definitely tell that we are related. I am happily married to my wife, Ann L. Ricks Meadows, for thirteen years now. I have two children with my first wife, Adrianna (14) and Jacob (16). A few years back, I decided to continue my education goals with Ashford University online. Hopefully this book will not taint my resume as I am hoping that others will view me as being accomplished compared to where I have been. I am also known as Alias: Howard Damon Meadows Burch and THIS is WHO I AM!
