About the Book
Andy Martin’s masquerade of middle-class bliss ends the day his wife and son desert him. When he inadvertently stumbles into a dingy St. Louis gay bar and encounters Tysin, a 21-year-old streetwise drifter, Andy’s world transforms forever. Their lives merge into a frenzied and uncertain love affair, as Andy falls in love for the first time and comes out as a gay man. Is Tysin his savior, as Andy believes? Or is the truth much more disturbing?
Follow Andy on his tortuous and bewildering journey for true love, sweltering sex, God, and redemption – discovered in the queerest places.
