About the Author

Vincent E. Martin, is an Information Technology (IT) professional by trade and currently works in Chicago as a Network Engineer. Vincent is also a poet, freelance writer and currently resides in Aurora, IL some 45 miles west of Chicago with his wife of four year. Vincent, a 41-year-old Black American, has long had an interest in politics, American government, the Constitution, the law, poetry and history. He holds an Associates Degree in Supervisory Leadership from Hawaii Pacific University, and a BA in Business Administration from DePaul University.
