About the Book

Most Americans are not fools, but we have become easy to fool. Political posturing, hype advertising, staged TV news, and faked profit reports are full of modern day myths and questionable claims. Religion, ethics, science, and psychology are re-inventing themselves and battling for our minds.

Truth telling is on holiday. It seems we will believe almost anything.

Many urge us to “Stop! Think!” But who will tell us how? I will, in this book. The reader will learn to use uncommon sense to avoid mistakes caused by rampaging emotions, mass psychology, and obsolete beliefs. Some may recognize uncommon sense by its other name, critical thinking.

The book is short...
135 pages of easy, thought-provoking and often entertaining reading.
