About the Author
Through her tenacity , B.J. Fininis convinced the editor of a suburban Chicago newspaper, to hire her on. She ran errands, kept the morgue information currrent, wrote headlines, learned page layout, and finally got a break to do her first story when all of the other reporters were out on assignment. She spent several years reporting on every subject imaginable, then due to the economy, moved to Houston in 1972. Based on past accounting experience, she was hired by a manufacturer in the oil industry, where B.J. stayed for 23 years. Recently retired, B.J. has resumed her love of writing again, and draws upon a vivid imagination, coupled with life experiences, to author this collection of short stories.
