About the Book

The Roswell Heat . . . Forever Connected is a work of historical fi ction based on actual UFO sightings in the Norfolk, Virginia area in the early 1950’s. On one particular occasion, a Marine fi ghter pilot, Lieutenant Ty Paul, having just returned from combat in Korea, would participate in an event of monumental signifi cance. Without warning, on a quiet night in February of 1953, the military scrambled a jet fi ghter to intercept an object streaking across the Norfolk skies. With Lieutenant Paul at the controls, the ominous encounter would virtually stop the hands of time as objects became motionless in space under unbelievable light conditions. A chase ensued at incredible speeds ending in a plunging trail of fi re and an explosion in a North Carolina swamp. That night would set the stage for a series of events including an intensely pursued investigation, an attempted government cover-up, and a hotly contested trial involving a beloved local, who had witnessed the explosion and who, in pro per, would prosecute a case against the government to clear his good name and prove the existence of extraterrestrial beings. And, above it all, the story of a beautiful undercover government agent, whose mission was to undermine the pilot’s account of that night, would fi nd herself falling in love with the very man she set out to discredit.

About the Author

Ed Balocco was born in the City Of San Francisco, CA. He is a veteran of the Korean War . He was awarded as the Distinguised Flying Cross, Air Medal w/4 stars, and the Navy Commendation Medal w/ Combat V. He received an Honorable Discharge with the rank of Major, United States Marine Corps. He has been an active member of the California State Bar since December 1957.
