About the Author
About The Author Bobbie Chasen is the author of The Body Mass Theory: A Mind/Body Technique to Losing Inches. She attended four years of college at Weber State University where she majored in Broadcast Communications. Bobbie has been both a staff and freelance journalist since 1981, editing news in Los Angeles. She has received several media awards from the Radio and Television News Association. Her first award came in 1989 for A series of stories called “Border series.” Other Golden Mic Awards were given in 1992 and 1993 for “Suspect Wanted” and “Ikea Generation.” She also received an Emmy Award nomination for a story called “Lethal Art” in 1993. What makes her qualified to write a book about losing inches? She had a weight problem for most of her life and has experienced the diet rollercoaster for herself. Finally she developed a theory that made her lose 11 inches in 12 months just by using a simple mind/body technique. With her success, she tested it on other people, and decided that she needed to spread the word about The Body Mass Theory to others who battle with weight problems. The Body Mass Theory is a technique that allows you to lose inches without the rigorous rules of a diet and exercise program. Sound too good to be true? It is good and it is true. After all, are you someone who really wants to eat bean sprouts and tofu for the rest of your life? In not, this book is for you.
