About the Book

Healing Yourself is the result of twenty years of teaching and clinical practice. It is a summary of what has worked drawn from the thousands of individuals who have been helped by the author’s no nonsense approach to health and wellness. The essence of the book is that it is your responsibility to take care of you. Your growth and healing do not come out of a pill bottle, but are the result of the decisions that you make every day. He defines the choices that have lead to healthier lives for his clients and students, and supports his recommendations with numerous case studies from his files.

About the Author

Carter Volz has a Bachelor’s degree from Yale and a Master’s from New York University. He has been a master practitioner/teacher of Reiki Natural Healing for ten years. He is a certified Ericksonian Hypnotherapist and a teacher of basic and advanced hypnosis for the National Guild of Hypnotists. He is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and a certified Past Life Regression Therapist. He has been a member of the Carl G. Jung Foundation for Analytical Psychology in New York City since 1996. He is the Director of Merlin Counseling Service, Hamburg, NJ.
