About the Book

Mommy’s Little Thoughts chronicles the emotional journey from woman to mother using touching photographs and heartfelt prose. Share the milestones of motherhood from the moment a woman finds out she is to have a baby, until the time she must allow her baby to grow up. Mommy’s Little Thoughts captures the joy, love, humor, sadness and spirituality of this journey through the thoughts and emotions experienced by mothers around the world.

About the Author

Norma lives in sunny California with her husband and three small boys. After 14 years of marriage, she and her husband decided to start a family. Only after their first child was born did they understand the truthfulness of the saying that “Children are God’s gift.” What started out as a personal diary about the small lessons she teaches her children somehow turned into a journal of milestones of motherhood. When Norma shared her thoughts with others, she realized her journey was not unique. Moms around the world share and cherish many of the same experiences and emotions. Thus started a quest to photograph those events. As her personal diary expanded into a book, she worked with other parents to to capture images of their children in situations that express those feelings. Truly a wonderful experience.
