About the Book
In some (not much, but some) American Indian folklore, the moose is accorded mythical status. When Sid and Carmen head up to moose country in hopes of improving their seriously flawed relationship, their lives become intertwined with those of two other troubled couples. Together they face the wrath of dangerous thugs and learn the powerful lessons of moose lore. In “Sleepy Little Town,” a man finds himself on a strange beach with no memory of how he got there. Aided by a bizarre cast of characters, he sets out to solve the mystery of his confusing situation and get his life back to normal.
