About the Author
Steve Kodad is a Feng Shui practitioner, writer and lecturer who, because of his background, has developed a strong Feng Shui focus on selling real estate. Steve is a certified Home Stager, and has been a successful real estate agent in both North and South Carolina. He has been a co-owner of a 20-agent real estate company in Charlotte, N.C. for eight years. Steve has been interviewed on radio and his practice has been written about by several papers including The Charlotte Observer and The Charlotte Business Journal. He has been a guest lecturer at many community locations, including Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden and The Mint Museum, and writes a monthly Feng Shui column for a local paper.
