Bio: Oscar R. Hernandez, was born in San Miquel, El Salvador in 1974. His family relocated to Arlington, V.A. at a very young age. He has been wriiting poetry since his early teens. This is his first children book, He works at the Library of Congress as a Senior Acquisition Assistant in the Western European Section. This book is dedicated. to Salvita. Bio: Oscar R.
