About the Author
Judy Reinsma and her husband live on a ranch in Southern California which they share with five horses and two dogs. From a very young age she was horse crazy. Since owning a real horse was not possible she owned, instead, the hundreds of horses who lived in books Judy got her first horse when she was thirty. After that there was no turning back. For well over twenty years she has ridden in Competitive Trail and Endurance competition. Currently she participates in the sport of Endurance Racing on her Arabian mare, Tutel. Endurance Racing is an international equestrian sport that involves covering 50 or more miles in a maximum of 12 or more hours over a marked cross-country course. Living at the ranch besides Tutel are: Ace a very old Tennessee Walker gelding, Dude an Arabian gelding, Sage an Arabian Mare, and Sienna, Sage’s daughter who is a beautiful buckskin filly.
