About the Book

“An original retelling of the classic novel – with extra help from Bram Stoker” —Elizabeth Miller, The Transylvanian Society of Dracula.

THE UN-DEAD is a literary “director’s cut” of Dracula. The numerous characters and events that Bram Stoker left unfinished and unused have now been completed and reinserted into the classic text. The result is an entertaining tale in which familiar characters interact with such new players as the headstrong Kate Reed, the tortured artist Francis Aytown, the occult investigator Alfred Singleton, and the police inspector Detective Cotford. Readers will enjoy whole new chapters dealing with Jonathan Harker’s bizarre visit to Munich, a dinner party at which Dracula is the guest of honor, and Quincey Morris setting out alone to explore Transylvania. It’s a “must read” for any Dracula fan!
