Children are always taught to watch out and stay away from strangers. But sometimes those strangers are people within their own families. Timmy´s Secret relays to students in grades two -four that they don´t need to feel uncomfortable. They should always make sure to tell a trusted adult. Timmy is not happy when his uncle wants to come over. He finds the courage to tell his parents and they provide him with security.It is written in a non-threatening, easy to read format, and is a "must have" for parents and educators.

About the Author

TALAR IS A DEDICATED MOTHER AND EDUCATOR. SHE PURSUED HER DREAM OF BECOMING AN EDUCATOR AND DECIDED THAT SHE WANTED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. THE INSPIRATION FOR HER BOOKS ARE FROM HER OWN STUDENTS AND THE SITUATIONS THEY HAVE BEEN IN. HER MAIN GOAL IN WRITING IS TO EDUCATE AND EMPOWER CHILDREN. HER BOOKS ARE WRITTEN IN A VERY NON THREATENING AND EASILY UNDERSTANDABLE FORMAT. THE HEROES IN HER BOOKS ARE ALWAYS THE INNOCENT CHILDREN. SELINEH SHAHBAZIAN IS A 17 YEAR OLD ARTIST. SHE WAS VERY ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT HELPING OUT WITH TALAR'S PROJECT BECAUSE SHE BELIEVES HER ART WORK CAN HELP CHILDREN BETTER UNDERSTAND THE STORIES.
