About the Book

This is a story about a young man that has dreams that come true. While in the Air Force he begins searching for answers as to what his dreams mean. In Japan and England he encounters psychic’s in both countries. They teach him about the world of metaphysics and take him as far as they can before he moves on. He makes a brief visit to Greece in search of more answers and runs into a woman his age and they strike up a relationship. He leaves Greece and returns to San Francisco with more questions than answers. Intent on starting an astrology business he encounters another problem that catches him totally by surprise. That’s where this story begins.

About the Author

Spirit Davis spent his school years in San Francisco. After high school (Lincoln – class of Spring “54”) he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a radio operator, journalist, photographer, and broadcaster. He retired after 22 years and returned home to San Francisco in November of 1976. He then worked as a purchasing agent in private industry, but missed the camaraderie of the military world. He applied for a position with Headquarters, 6th U.S. Army at the Presidio of San Francisco, and was accepted. When the Presidio closed he then moved on to the General Services Administration working in law enforcement. He retired from that position in August of 2007. An accomplished photographer he has had his pictures featured in magazines and books. He started writing as a way of relieving stress from his job at the time. As he says, “I could come home at the end of the day, sit at my computer, and escape into a fantasy world. Any stress I may have accumulated during the day seemed to disappear.” This is his third novel and has nearly finished his fourth. He and his wife live in San Francisco. They have five sons and two daughters. They also have 13 grandchildren.
