I don’t know how to stop this flowing pain
I thought I could continue to dismiss its hunger for me.
I thought I could keep moving past the way it reaches towards me.
To be touched by my very heart.
I run away farther, and it chases me
So I can cringe and fall apart.
I can’t have it near so I excuse myself from its fear.
It wants me soaked in tragedy and drowning in lunacy
I seem cold, but I feel like ice
I am the object of plummets desire, but the rise I don’t retire
I don’t think twice. Lunacy’s weakness is no dwelling of paradise.
Aiming for a demon but the high pressure made a diamond, beyond price.
