About the Author

Jason McGrady has been drawing and painting since childhood and has been featured in several galleries in Georgia and New York within the last ten years. He is a graduate from the Art Institute of Atlanta and worked as an Advertising Designer for 10 years. He has been teaching encaustic and mixed media painting for the last two years and currently works full-time as a professional artist and teacher. Donna Thomas, a painter and photographer for over thirty-five years and past gallery owner in Atlanta, owns and operates The Art School in Sandy Springs in Atlanta where she studies the encaustic process. She is a twice featured radio guest regarding the arts in Atlanta. Her equestrian works are privately collected and featured in “Horses in Art” magazine.
