About the Book

After Lexi Ryan graduated from college, she wanted a career that would give her a challenge, and also some excitement. She decided to become a private investigator. She asked her best friend to work with her. Lexi accepts cases that seem relatively easy to gain experience. Thus, begins the young women’s adventures that provides them with the opportunity to go places and see things new to them. The adventures are not all fun; however, the young women face the world of white-collar crime; witness a death; save a child; fight off bats; and face imminent danger. And along the way, they both find romance. This is a fun book to read.

About the Author

Ms. Robins was born in Sacramento, California and now resides in Sonora, a small town in the Sierra foothills. She has written poems and short stories for her family and friends relating to actual events in their lives, but this is the first work she has submitted for publication. Her descriptions of the locales in the book are based on her own actual experiences. Ms. Robins is a ten-year cancer survivor. She has five daughters and in their honor, she will donate one dollar of every book sold to the American Cancer Society.
