About the Book

This is a Character Education book, and can be used by parents or teachers to implant “wisdom” in their children. I have utilized these “Wise Sayings” at home and in my classroom, and have seen wonderful positive changes in my children and students’ behavior because they begin to take ownership of their actions and they freely share their experiences with peers.

About the Author

Linda Nichols Gomes has been an educator since 1979. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Music and Education, and has taught students from Pre-school to college. Linda is the eighth of eleven children, is married, and has three adult sons. She is currently teaching, and resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband
