About the Author
I have been in this business for over 25 years and I started off as a Bus Boy working in a five star restaurant. I was encouraged by my fellow coworkers, that I should become a server so I could fully capitalize on the business. So during the last 25 years, I held numerous of positions from Server, Captain , Matre' D Supervisor, Assistant Manager , Department Manager to my presently position as an Operation Manager.
