About the Author
Herman Zeidman received his M.D. degree from Temple University and M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova University. Dr. Zeidman practiced medicine until 1982 when he changed his specialty to psychosomatic medicine. His self-administered interactive methods have helped scores of patients from all walks of life overcome modern psychological maladies such as stress , anxiety, depression and phobic fears- often without the need for any strong medications. Dr. Zeidman is a member of the American Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine and American Board of pain Management.
