About the Author

King Rell is a native of Long Island, New York who discovered he had a gift with words as a teenager. King did not realize just how creative he could be until the age of 18 when he started writing poems nearly everyday. Now 22, King has finally made the decision to share his work with the world in an effort to show everyone just how talented he is. King hopes that his work will touch the lives of many people who he believes can relate to many poems he has written. As far as his inspiration for some of his poetry, King says that some of the poems are based on experienced events, some just from the heart, and many topics were given to him by his peers ,then he would just come up with the rest. To date, King has written over 300 poems and is anxious to release his second book but says he will let the first one sink it first.
