About the Book

MANSIONS OF THE SOUL—REFLECTIONS ON LIFE, is NOT anything like your ordinary book of poems. It is a book of freeform poetry with philosophical poetic thought provoking prose. This is my first attempt at philosophical religious poetry using the photographs taken on my travels over the years. Filled with depth and wonder, each prose and snapshot reveals a slice of life that has been captured on paper and forever preserved in this exhilarating collection.

It covers over 34 subjects like Anticipation, Prayer, Animal Abuse, Love, Marriage, Ideas, Memory, Truth in Things False, Death, and Solitude among other attitudes encountered by every person as they go about their daily activities.

This book is conceptualized to represent universal everyday matters that shape everyone’s life. It challenges you to ponder what it speaks about your life here on earth, what it speaks about your life history, and what it means to your future. Those who have experienced trauma in their lives will understand that these words speak from the ages.

For people who are similarly in search of the answers to Life’s questions, there is no need to travel far. The pages of this book leaves much to ponder on. There is also much that is disclosed by the lens of my camera...
