About the Book

Readers can follow the Frog family as they begin their day doing what they initially planned, as they change their plans because of the rain, and as they end their day Hopping With Joy. Mr. Frog lazily rests on a tall grass; Mrs. Frog busily digs for worms and insects; and Little Froggy and Cousin Toad excitedly play leap-the-log. But when the rain starts pouring down, their activities are abruptly stopped. How can they enjoy the day when everything else is wet? A surprise may just await them in the forest.

About the Author

Henry C. Daniels was inspired to write this short story in 2005. He decided to publish it three years later. This is his first book. He hopes it brings joy and happiness to its readers. He lives in Chicago, Illinois. Betty Ritchie is an art instructor and illustrator of children’s books. She resides in San Marcos, Texas.
