Failures in life become an heaviness on us, and they cause us to feel broken, depressed, and battered. About the Author

My parents are the late Lee Frank and Carolyn Delores Coleman. I have three beautiful children: Omarion, Xavier, and O’shay. I have five siblings: two brothers and three sisters. We all were raised in the household together, in a small subdivision called Carver City. When I transitioned to Atlanta, Georgia, November 2003, I did not know where God was taking me at that point. However, I began to hear a soft voice from the Lord stating, "I want you to write for me to encourage my people." I surrendered to that voice, and I have been inspired to write ever since. I write poetry, poems, plays, and I am currently writing a second book. If there is anything I strive most to do- it is serve God with all my heart and lean not to my own understanding, but in all my ways acknowledge Him. He is King and forever He is glorious and excellent. He deserves all the praise and the honor. I love you Father!
