About the Author
For thirty years, Denise Thomas has worked training athletes of all ages and led Bible studies in her local church. From her desire to teach others, especially women, the importance of living a biblically and physically healthy life arose Honoring God’s Temple. Her experiences as a teacher, coach, and mother, as well as her own struggles with transforming her approach to food and fitness, offer others a proven method in changing lives. Now in Florida with her husband, Denise continues to volunteer in her church and work for a major corporation helping lead others to a healthy lifestyle.
