About the Author

George Chung Wang and Jo Anne Lee Wang were born in China and educated in the United States. George was graduated from St.Johns University in Shanghai and continued graduated studies in Columbia University, where he was conferred a MA and Ph. D. degree in Economics. He taught at various universities in California, including the University of Southern California and was profess or the California state university. In 1980, George was granted a Fulbright Fellowship teaching in Hong Kong University. In 1990, he was a visiting professor in Hong Kong Baptist University. Jo Anne was graduated from Fudan University, Shanghai. She worked over twenty years in the music library of the University of Southern California.
