About the Book
The author takes a tongue in cheek, humorous look at the sometimes errant behavior of some airline passengers. In what chapter do you find yourself? Some of the incidents recorded are from the author’s personal experiences and others were reported to him by friends in the airline business. These incidents are factual to the point of the accuracy of people’s memories. The author has taken the liberty to clean up some stories and to abridge others in cases where memories became fuzzy. There is no intent to alter the basic stories except where the author is unsure of that stories ending. Old jokes of course are another matter.
About the Author
Ronnie J was raised in the mid west by his strict grandmother until age six. She instilled in him a philosophy of ethics and responsibility. In this read he often reflects on behavior that would have prompted his grandmother to apply swift and effective corrective measures upon an offender. He’s a black and white guy, in a gray world. Ronnie got his first airplane ride when he was twelve. Having thus been “bitten” by the aviation bug, he served in naval aviation and later worked in aviation and related businesses. After the navy he became a private pilot and still enjoys flying. Having spent most of his adult life in Southern California he was bitten by another bug, became a Jimmy Buffett fan, and now resides in the tropical paradise of the Florida Keys. Here he enjoys writing, fishing, the warm weather and a relaxed lifestyle in cargo shorts, with the suit and tie on standby.
