About the Book

We are so busy today, we don’t take the time to notice that life is a celebration. God is in the simple things we do and say to one another each day. This book of poetry invites you to slow down, enjoy the poems and the lovely artwork while God whispers to you. Take a moment to jot down some of the many blessings he has personally bestowed upon you throughout the years. You’ll find yourself reading the poems frequently and on your knees daily thanking God for blessing you and yours. We are truly blessed Saints from the tops of our heads to the tips of our toes. Jesus took the time to come down here and keep His promise to save us by dying for our sins. The only thing better than being blessed by Jesus is blessing someone else. Remember the next time you’re complaining about those rebellious children, nagging wife, lazy husband or fair weather friends stop and count your blessings. Think about what your life really would be like it these people were not in it. Remember God whispers to us daily. About the Author

ABOUT THE AUTHOR I am the mother of three wonderful adult children, grandmother to six fantastic grandchildren and two precocious Yorkies. My parents, my siblings, my grandparents and family all have a great love for the Lord. We have always been a singing praising family. I’m at the point in life where I think about what type of inheritance I want to leave behind for those I love so much. I can think of no greater legacy to them than the words God has blessed me with. As I said in my previous book Poetic Offerings of a Creatively Frustrated Christian, I like to think of my poems as modern day Psalms. They are my praise and worship to a more than worthy Savior. God has placed these words on my heart and I am commanded to share them with you. Remember that a blessing can’t really be a blessing until you’ve sowed it in someone else’s life. My prayer is that this book will be a blessing to all of you who read it. God blesses pass it on!
