About the Author

Tracey Collins is an educator and author who promotes social-emotional learning. Currently, she is a Senior Director in the NYC Public Schools. For two decades, she has worked as a Teacher, Community School Coordinator, Assistant Principal and Principal. Tracey also serves as Chair of the Educational Task Force for NYS Senator Eric Adams.
