About the Book
A recent survey by the Pew Forum on Religion in Public Life found that the fastest growing spiritual group is the one without a religious affiliation. Sixteen percent of American adults say they currently have no affiliation with a religion. In spite of this trend, we remain hungry for personal authenticity and a deep connection with the spiritual. This book provides a path to find your real self, integrating spiritual understandings from the world’s great faith traditions. You’ll be introduced to five steps that lead you toward a deeper understanding of your authentic self and the Spirit that lives within.
