About the Author

How The Hyena Found His Giggle Boxwas originally told by my mother, Becky Hanby. This is a story that she handed down to me and I have decided to share this story with the rest of you. The illustrations were created by a fresh and talented illustrator, Grady Hayes. Grady and I are related by marriage and we both fell in love with this project. Ester and Harvey are not the only ones that have found true friendship, this book has brought our families closer together and was the basis of our inspiration to work on this family project.
