About the Book

Melody Starr Waters, wanted to be an author most of her life, but she’d never achieve her dream. She was brutally murdered and her true story is shared through me, her mother. I have finished the book she had once started to write. The murderer writes briefly at my request about Melody’s last five weeks of her life with him, told as only he can tell it.

About the Author

There was only one way after Melody was murdered to make her dream come true. I decided to finish her writings for her. Then I wrote some for others as well as myself. Born in New Hampshire, I’ve spent most of my younger life growing up in northern New England. As an adult, I’ve owned multiple real estate properties in New Hampshire, Vermont, then more large farms and with various businesses in West Virginia. Three years after Melody was murdered I moved back to New Hampshire from West Virginia. I hope to share with others the lessons I’ve learned while writing this book. I’ve promised myself that I’ll not hate anymore, I’ll not hurt as in the past, I’ll keep my spirit smiling. I live with all my family close to my heart. Challenges will unavoidably occur through life, but I’ve only to look back to realize that I’m a survivor and that there are no further pains that cannot be overcome or at least dealt with. I’ll continue to write other books. I await the mysterious future with hope.
