About the Book

Desiree Williams is your above-average 6th grade girl. She’s confident, calm, and has little tolerance for people who aren’t at her level. Her life changes when she comes across Chauncey Willis and Stuart Glover. She then learns the true meaning of friendship and tolerance for others.

About the Author

Chental-Song Bembry is a high school student who loves reading and writing. Her favorite subject in school is English, and her pastimes include hanging out with her friends, playing tennis, watching television, and developing new ideas for The Honey Bunch Kids. She is an advocate for literacy, and aims to inspire kids to care about each other through her writing. Chental has a strong passion for business, and hopes to turn The Honey Bunch Kids into a brand one day. She resides with her mother in South Brunswick, New Jersey.
