About the Book

I am Arline MArcotte who was born and raised in Illinois. My degree is in Home Economics Education. While studying at Southern Illinois University, I had many courses in Child Development. My family consists of two daughters and six grandchildren. I developed the idea for this book while working for the State of Illinois at Chester Mental Health Center. My book is to help young children up to ten years old to love rules. The book helps children obey rules while understanding the reasons for rules which promotes good thinking. It includes guides for parents.
